Question for you - I haven't seen much on the Trade Ideas robot in recent months - are you still testing/trading it?

Yes, I still use it daily. I posted how I create one of my scans recently here. I also mention many of the stocks the bot trades on twitter. Do you use it?

I was more curious about your experiments with automated trading rather than scanning. But maybe you're doing both?

I do both. Most of my daytrading is by bot, but I also watch the scans for
any other opportunities and for swing trade candidates.

How has the bot side been working? I'm curious because we've obviously had a change in market direction over the past two months - how have done with the bot side?

The bot has been mediocre lately to be honest. It's still making money, but
at a slower rate then before. What's interesting is that some of the strats
are having great days followed by terrible days. I think at some point a
lower VIX (more normal trading environment) will help the strats I have
right now. The direction of the market hasn't had too much impact to be
honest, even with the long only strats.
